It has 3 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms (both master bedrooms have king beds and a daybed with tv's and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds), a recently refurbished kitchen with corian worktops opening onto a large lounge (with 2 new leather sleeper sofas) and dining area.

We have completed remodeling of 2.5 bathrooms this summer.

This spacious unit also offers guests access to the Columbine pools and hot tubs.

A dedicated underground car parking space (no charge) is available with additional free parking outside and there is a  washer and drier in the unit.

From Powderhorn you step straight out onto the Blue River Mountain trails and are just a couple minutes walk to Main Street Breckenridge. In ski season we are about as near as you can get to the Quick Silver lift at the base of Peak 9.
